On paper this game looks like he could be a sluggish back and forth between two teams that don’t actually have high powered offenses but when you start to look deeper it actually has the makings of a pretty good contest! This is the first time that this bowl has ever been played and Wake Forest gets a chance for revenge in this one. They were ranked #16 this year when Navy upset them and sent them tumbling down the rankings. This is also a big day for Wake Forest because they will have 16 seniors playing the last game of the year. Wake is 4-2 ATS in the last 6 bowl games but can they stop Navy? When they met last time the midshipmen ran all over them on the ground, but Wake had some serious letdown after beating Florida St. The option is nothing new to Wake as they have had to prepare for it three times in the
The big difference in this game is that Wake has a balanced offense and that will be enough to eat holes in a weak Navy defense. Granted they are coming off two shutouts to end the season but they are doing it against very weak offense and Wake is a step up in competition.

Riley Skinner QB for Wake Forest has plenty of motivation for this one. ``If you're a quarterback, and you've had that kind of game, the worst game of your career, you'd be crazy if you didn't want another shot at them,'' Skinner said. ``As much as I hate watching the film (during) the last two weeks, over and over again, it kind of gives you a little motivation and urgency to get back out there and go play these guys again, and kind of prove something and get a little revenge.

``That's obviously, from my standpoint, what I'd like to do,'' he added. ``Just knowing that you were pretty much the reason for that loss is pretty tough on you, but it's also motivating.''

Wake Forest is 5-0 ATS in games in December and they are 6-2 ATS in revenge games. They come out big in this game and get revenge with a huge victory.

Wake Forest -3
